“Random” is the best word to describe Bluetooth pairing between a Mac and an Apple wireless keyboard or mouse. I have often spent 3-12 hair-pulling minutes trying to re-pair after a wireless mouse/keyboard battery swap. This time? Well, I’m now typing wired… Dear Apple: stop everything and work on Bluetooth pairing until I can change my batteries without being told that “no keyboard can be found” when it is RIGHT THERE WITH FRESH BATTERIES AND FLASHING THE READY-TO-PAIR SIGNAL. Jebus!
