Anti-monial

Anti-monial from a customer: “[Your book] didn’t contain any Information [sic] I thought I'd find.” Wow! I wonder what he expected?! I can guess. The free intros to my books say exactly what’s in them, so it’s quite, er, “fascinating” when customers say they didn’t get what they expected. I know from a lot of experience (delving, asking for more info) that what they all, always “expected” was a Cure or Super Secret Awesome Treatment System That Never Fails. I don’t know what horrifies me more: that there are people that sell “cures,” or that there are so many people who are not only willing to pay for empty promises, but irritated when deprived of them!
